How soon will my order be shipped?

Since all of our products are made to order, your order will ship in 3-4 weeks depending on the volume of orders we are receiving at the time your order is placed.

What is the warranty on your Bike Racks?

All of Bike Rack Mart's thermoplastic-coated products are backed with a 5-year warranty against corrosion on the seats and tops. Also, your commercial bike racks are warrantied against any rust outs (rusting through the metal) for a period of 5 years. Surface rust or cosmetic paint deterioration is excluded.

How many different Bike Rack styles do you offer?

Currently, we offer more than 10 different styles to fit your budget, use or commercial application needs. All commercial bike racks are noted within our website.

Do I have to put my bike rack(s) together once they arrive?

Yes, Bike Rack Mart ships all our products KD (knocked down) to cut down on shipping costs. All commercial grade bike racks are very simple to put together and are packed with all necessary hardware and easy-to-read instructions. We have never received any complaints regarding a commercial bike rack installation.

How do I pay for my order?

Bike Rack Mart accepts all major credit cards, personal checks (product does not ship until check clears), and company checks and purchase orders (based on approved credit line).

Can I set up a Commercial Account?

Yes, Bike Rack Mart sells to the general public, but the majority of our accounts are contract commercial. Please contact us, and we will be glad to email a credit application to your company. Simply fill out the application completely and fax it back to us at 334.558.0865.
